About Me

My name is Chris Spearman and I used to be just like you.

I was a guy who was in decent shape BUT yearned to take my physique to the next level. Cover model level that is!

When I was in college, I used to buy fitness magazines religiously. Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health, etc. You name the magazine and it probably was in my old one-room apartment!

While they gave some good workout and nutrition advice, what made me always buy the magazine was the cover model! It seemed like the cover model was always staring back at me saying “You can be here one day if you keep working hard on your body.”

And that’s EXACTLY what I did. I kept working hard on my body. I would eat and train as those magazines instructed.

Did I get results? Sure, but never to the level of a cover model!

I knew once I got my PhD, my aspirations of building a cover model body would be harder to achieve. I had to do something fast!

So I tossed aside the fitness magazines and started doing some REAL research. I began uncovering what training & nutrition regimens produced cover model results.
